Very convenient and the doctors are very helpful
The single star is because I actually did find an excellent psychiatrist through the app. But the app itself is a nightmare. I have had consistent problems with my medication not being refilled properly, which can be incredibly dangerous with withdrawals. The customer service is a joke. Messages won't be answered for weeks, then given a generic response that resolved nothing and marked as resolved so you have to send another one. The only listed phone# they have is the national suicide hotline.
Great in theory. Poor in function. I was able to connect with a provider very quickly, but support is poor. Waited 5 days for a super ticket, so I called. They cannot give an ETA, cannot expedite anything and they read from a script on their screens that a supervisor sends them. Really unimpressed.
Didn't wait but 5 mins. My doctor was nice and patient. He asked questions and listened. I really enjoyed this visit; I felt acknowledge and cared for. Thank you. Definitely recommend for future use.
Terrible therapists & customer support. My therapist told me stop seeing my last therapist. She knew how hard this was for me & I was suicidal. She wouldn't schedule another appt with me til I broke it off with my last therapist. She said msg customer support for her to call me to schedule so I wouldn't have to wait 2 months to see her cuz I didn't wanna wait that long. I did that and she never contacted me. I waited a month and then complained to customer support. They never followed up on it.
